Paul Belardo

 I, Paul Belardo, followed in my father’s footsteps Matteo Belardo, a 51 year member. I began my career as union carpenter 20 years ago in former local 31 now local 254. I graduated a four-year apprenticeship program. I worked in the field as an apprentice, journeyman, shop steward, and foreman. I was hired on staff in 2008 to serve the membership, a position that I am proud and honored to have. I also now sit as treasurer of Local 254, and a delegate of the local. I also sit on a few boards the Mercer County Improvement Authority, Trenton Central High School Advisory Board, Union County College, and Union County Workforce Development. I continue to strive for the betterment of our membership and our union.
