The start of my career was in 1980. I had graduated from Somerset
Vocational high school in 1979. I was enrolled in the Carpentry shop. I graduated with honors as the Salutatorian of my class. After high school I applied to Local 455 and was accepted 1 year later and then completed my 4-year apprenticeship.
My career has allowed me to hold many positions as Shop Steward, Foreman, and Competent Person. I am presently a Full time Instructor at our new training facility; starting way back in the days of our Mountainside school.
I had the opportunity to be in charge of Bound Brook Emergency Management during Hurricane Floyd; and various volunteer projects throughout the years. I am currently married to my wife, Kathy for over 12 years. I am a Harley Davidson enthusiast, antique collector and traveler to the Jersey Shore and abroad.
